I suffer from severe anxiety and every person I have come in contact with has been so patient and understanding with me. Very friendly, caring and professional. Amazing staff and Dr Miller!! They are sincerely concerned about your oral health and hygiene. Took my then 4 yr old grandson there 2 years ago after he tripped and face planted on the gym floor..busting out a baby tooth. They were so gentle and reassuring him all the way. ** which leads to me recently having work done after many years of not seeing a dentist but only in emergencies. FELT NO PAIN WHAT SO EVER after the initial numbing. Much praise and appreciation for them taking such care and concern for my anxiety issues.

I had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist until I started going to Ballard dentistry. Everyone in that building is so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. Dr. Miller is very kind and gentle and really listens to me. When I first started going I had to request gas just to get my teeth cleaned because of my anxiety and now I don’t need it anymore! I’m so thankful for Ballard Family Dentistry.

Dr. Scott and staff talk with you so you understand and are comfortable selecting from list choices of recommended options available, including benefits and risks associated with each. On my second trip, Dr. Scott (Ballard) quickly and efficiently performed work chosen, including repair of broken filling on the day I asked for an appointment. I’m also impressed with the level of imaging technology available – more than any previous dental office. Not only usual x-rays, but also in-mouth camera plus digital mapping of all the teeth.
