The staff at Ballard Dental are very friendly and helpful. Maddie made me feel very comfortable when I arrived. Priscilla and Dr. Proctor were very professional and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and confident that they could help me with my dental issues.

I just moved to Ballard for my family’s teeth care. We see Dr Proctor. He has been nothing but caring and has gone the extra step to make sure my family’s care is top priority. Maddie helped me with the treatment plans and was able to explain all my questions. Priscilla was the Dr assistant and was sweet and gentle with my daughter. Making sure she was comfortable the entirety of her treatment. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kristen and getting a very thorough deep clean. The care and concern she gave was top notch.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. So professional, sweet, understanding, thorough, etc. As soon as you walk in they are smiling and friendly. Jansen (sp?) was my hygienist and she was fantastic. So sweet and gentle when she was cleaning my teeth and explaining everything she was doing. Dr. Proctor was just as awesome! Megan then helped with a treatment plan and set up appointments and was so sweet. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

After over a decade of my kids and I going to one dentist regularly, she closed down, what I thought temporarily but months later found out it was permanently. I had a root canal that ended up causing me pain a year or 2 later, ended up getting an abscess on the bone. Through an unexpected procedure, found out the tooth was cracked and couldn’t be saved. Had to find a dentist quickly to have the tooth pulled and start the implant procedure, in which turned into a horrible experience. My sons did not like them either when they went once for a cleaning. My sons hated going to the dentist. The past year and half, I had multiple procedures for an implant with that dental office and was traumatized due to not being sedated and the numbing agent didn’t work that well so I felt pretty much all of it.

Finally, I was referred to Ballard Dentistry. I had the BEST experience. They listened closely to my case and took it very seriously. I learned the post for my implant isn’t even all the way in the bone (as it should be) so Dr. Proctor will be watching closely. Both of my boys said that was also the best experience they have ever had at a dentist office and that says a LOT. The entire staff was pleasant to talk to, very kind and courteous. I am soooo happy to finally have found a good dental office to go to. If I could give 100 stars ⭐️ I would!!

They know what they are doing. Dr. Scott and staff talk with you so you understand and are comfortable selecting from list choices of recommended options available, including benefits and risks associated with each. On my second trip, Dr. Scott (Ballard) quickly and efficiently performed work chosen, including repair of broken filling on the day I asked for an appointment. I’m also impressed with the level of imaging technology available – more than any previous dental office. Not only usual x-rays, but also in-mouth camera plus digital mapping of all the teeth.
